摘要
生命法学是研究生命法这一特定法律现象及其发展规律的科学,是近年来在我国发展起来的一个法学新学科。生命法学的产生渊源于研究生命法律问题之现实需要,渊源于生命法这类特殊法律现象自身发展之需要。生命法学是一个独立的部门法学科,是一个综合性的法学新学科。生物经济健康发展的客观要求、健全和完善生命法制建设的内在需要以及学界的重视等众多因素的存在使得生命法学在中国有着非常光明的发展前景,它将会成为21世纪中国法学研究领域中的一门显学。
Life jurisprudence, which views the phenomenon of life law as its research object, is a newly developed law course in China. The appearance of life jurisprudence derives from the requirement on life legal research as well as the demand to develop from life law. Life jurisprudence is a itself - systematic and integrated legal science. The existence of more than one element, such as the objective demand for bio - economy to develop healthily, the inherent requirement for life law to integrate and consummate, as well as the importance attached to it by the educational circles etc. enables life jurisprudence to have a bright future in China and it will be a famous legal subject in 21^th century.
