摘要
《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》把民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处作为和谐社会建设的总要求。从本质上说,和谐社会是法治社会。社会法作为规范和解决社会问题的基本法律,在和谐社会构建中具有重要的作用。目前,我国在社会法治建设中仍存在许多问题,应该尽快加以解决,以促进社会和谐发展。
According to ＂rI＇he Decision by Central Committee of Communist Party of China upon Certain Critical Issues Concerning Constructing A Socialist Harmonious Society＂, the general principle of constnlcting a harmonious society is set forth as democracy and rule of law, equity and justice, good faith and affection, sugicient vitality, stability and good order and the living of human beings in a peace with the nature in a harmonious manner. In essence, a harmonious society is a society under rule of law. As the basic law to regulate and address social problems, the ＂social law＂ is playing a great role in constnlcting a harmonious society, However, the constnlction of the rule under the social law is still confronting with quite a number of problems in China nowadays, which should be addressed as soon as possible to promote the harmonious development of the society.
