摘要
应用B超诊断带环妊娠。作者检出带环妊娠28例。环位下移20例,占71.4％;环偏位5例,占17.9％;环周围妊娠3例,占10.9％。节育环位置异常与产后、中期引产后放置时间有关。B超对宫内避孕位置的判断和带环妊娠的早期诊断提供了科学依据。
The B -ultrasonograph diagnosis and the author's research shows that pregnancy with contraceptive ring in is the consequence of abnormal position of intrauterine contraceptive ring and that abnormal position relates to whether the ring is set in at an opportune postnatal time or an opportune time after mid-period induced abortion. B-ultrasonic examination furnishes scientific basis for judgment on the intrauterine position of a ring and early diagnosis of pregnancy with ring in.
