摘要
对 8 0台CNC车床进行了现场跟踪调查 ,搜集了 10 0 0多条数据 ,初步建立了CNC车床故障数据库。根据数据库中的数据 ,应用定量、定性因素相结合的模糊综合评价法实现概率分布模型和样本数据拟合性好坏程度的评价 ,得出了CNC车床MTBF(无故障工作时间 )和MTTR(平均修复时间 )的概率分布模型。
The authers have investigated the operation of eighty CNC lathes for the tracing on the spot and accumulated more than a thousand actual field failure data, built the failure database.The method of fuzzy multicriteria modeling is used to estimate the fitness of the probability distribution models and the sample data.The failure distribution models of MTBF and MTTR of CNC lathes are obtained.
