摘要 根据球墨铸铁铸造的理论依据,结合具体生产实践,对QT600—3、QT450—10的铸造工艺进行了实验研究和分析,并分别设计了相应的解决措施去消除缺陷,然后通过大批量生产和跟踪调查,对措施的有效性进行了改进、修正和评价,使铸造工艺更合理。综合多年的实践,介绍了球墨铸铁件在生产工艺过程中的优质控制,通过严格控制化学成分、生产工艺过程,使球化、孕育处理效果较好,达到了所需球墨铸铁的性能指标,获得了较好的技术经济效果。 The casting technologies of QT600-3 and QT450-10 spheroidal graphite cast irons were experimentally studied and analyzed based on the theory of casting technology with production practice, and the anti-measures are taken to eliminate the casting defects, and then modification, correction and evaluation are made on the validity of those measures through mass production and following investigation. Therefore the casting technology of spheroidal graphite cast irons is more reasonable. The appreciate control of production of the spheroidal graphite cast iron is introduced. Some of the important technical problems, such as strictly controlling chemical element, liquid iron treatment and processing, were discussed. The quality of casts will be better according to the spheoidal graphite casting standards.
