摘要
综述阴离子脂质体、ｐＨ敏感脂质体、免疫脂质体、融合脂质体以及阳离子脂质体等多种脂质体在基因治疗中的应用。
The applications of anionic liposomes, pH sensitive liposomes,immunoliposomes, fusogenic liposomes and cationic liposomes in gene therpy were reviewed respectively. The preparation methods and clinical trials of cationic liposomes were throughly presented.
