摘要
对１（４氨基苯基）４（３，４二甲氧基苯甲酰基）哌嗪，采用紫外分光光度法和永停滴定法测定其含量，两法测定结果基本一致。而紫外分光光度法取样量少，操作简便。
Two determination methods of 1(4aminophenyl)4(3,4dimethoxybenzoyl)piperazine with UV spectrophotometry and dead-stop titration were introduced.The maximum absorption wavelength,absorptivity and RSD are 2457 nm,6734 and 04 % in UV spectrophotometry respectively and RSD is 009 % in dead-stop titration.The contents of 1(4aminophenyl)4(3,4dimethoxybenzoyl)piperazine determined by both methods are comparable.
