摘要
望远镜系统的热稳定激光谐振腔能够提高固体激光器的光束质量和谐振腔的热稳定性。从ABCD矩阵传输理论出发,通过G参数分析,并结合相关合理的近似,发展出一种确定望远镜热稳定激光谐振腔参数的有效方法。采用LASCAD软件对已确定参数的谐振腔进行模拟,应用到半导体侧向抽运固体激光器实验中,获得了光束参数乘积为0.700mm.mrad的近基模激光输出,测量结果与计算模拟一致。
Thermo - stable telescopic resonator is able to improve the beam quality and thermo - stability of high power solid state lasers. Based on ABCD matrix and Gaussian beam parameter theory an effective method to determine the parameters of the thermo - stable telescopic laser resonator was developed with some reasonable approximations. With the parameters of resonator the laser beam characteristics were simulated by the software of Laser Cavity Analysis and Design (LASCAD) and measured experimentally in a diode - side - pumped solid state laser system. A beam parameter product (BPP) of 0. 700 nma. mrad was obtained. The experimental results agree with the simulations well.
