摘要
本文发展了多元件腔的公式化分析方法。使用等效厚透镜、混合等价腔等方法解决了含热透镜望远镜腔模参数完整的公式化表述和腔内光束分布等问题。详细讨论了这类光腔的失调灵敏度和热稳性。在高斯光束意义下,首次推出精确的表示式。此外还证明,采用适当的近似,可从本文的公式简单地推导出文献中热稳定望远镜腔失调量△的简化近似公式。大量数值计算不仅证实了该理论结果,而且给出设计光腔的重要曲线。
In this paper, we develop a formularized analytical method for multielement resonators and give a full analysis for the TRTL and the distribution of beam in resonators by means of equivalent thick lens, 'hybrid' equivalent resonators and other methods. The beam characteristics, critical parameters, misalignment sensitivity, thermal stability of the TRTL are discussed. The formulae derived first in this paper are exact in the sense of Guassian beam. Furthermore, it has been shown that under appropriate approximations, the simplified approximate expressions of the telescope defocusing for the thermo-stable telescopic resonator in [1~4] can be deduced simply from our formulae. The numerical calculations not only confirm our theoretical results but also supply a series of curves that are extreamly useful for the resonator design.
