摘要
在临床护理工作中,配药及输液是护理工作的重要内容,药物剂量的准确与否对治疗的效果有着相当大的影响,特别是剂量少而准确性要求较高的药物。笔者在护理教学和临床实践中发现,密封瓶内抽吸药物时余液现象相当普遍,同时也发现有槽瓶盖密封瓶内残留液量明显小于普通的密封瓶。笔者针对这一现象进行了调查分析。
In clinical nursing, dispensing and infusion are very important. The drug dose is very important to the effect of treatment, especially to the small dose of the drug for high accuracy. In the teaching of nursing and clinical practice, I found it very common that some medicine liquid would be left in the sealed bottle when being absorbed. And I also found that the liquid in the sealed bottle with groove top left more liquid than in the common sealed bottle.
