摘要
本文通过探讨国际通用的医疗数据交换标准HL7协议基本原理,提出了基于HL7协议的健康体检信息共享机制,阐述了HL7健康体检信息传输接口引擎的设计和实现方法,并应用于开放式健康保健智能咨询系统。该研究对医院之间的临床信息标准化传输具有借鉴作用。
Based on discussion of the basic principles on international standard HL7 for medical data exchange, this paper proposes a mechanism for sharing heath exam data, the design and implementation method of health exam data transmission engine which is also used in open style health care intelligent consulting systems. This research also applies to clinical information standardization transmission between hospitals.
