摘要
随着分子生物学的不断进步发展，对头颈肿瘤的治疗手段也由传统的手术和放疗向基因领域拓展。小分子干扰RNA（siRNA）技术也成为各类头颈肿瘤中的重要研究方向。siRNA可以达到抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、干扰细胞信号传导、诱导细胞凋亡和逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药等作用，有望成为头颈肿瘤综合治疗的有效补充手段。
Because of the development of molecular biology, not only operation and radiotherapy are treatments for the disease, but also the gene therapy, siRNA becomes the research target in some kinds of head and neck neoplasms, siRNA can inhibit proliferation, interfere with cell signal transduction, induce apoptosis and reverse the multi-drug resistance. So it may be a promising additional method for combined therapy of tumors.
