摘要
PEA3基因过表达可导致细胞的恶性转化，增强肿瘤细胞的侵袭性和转移性，与人类肿瘤的发生、演进、浸润、淋巴结转移以及临床预后密切相关，为肿瘤的临床诊断、用药指导奠定了理论基础，有望成为恶性肿瘤治疗的新靶点和预后指标。
Recent studies have shown that over- expression of PEA3 can lead to the cell＇ s malignant transformation and elevate the invasion ability of tumor cells. PEA3 is closely related to carcinogenesis,progression,infiltration,lymphatic metastasis, which provides a rationale basis for clinical diagnosis, medication guidance. Therefore,PEA3 may become a malignant tumor prognostic marker and a new tumor therapy target.
