摘要
采用f/2培养基,研究了不同盐度梯度(16‰、28‰、40‰)对小球藻属(C95、C97和C102株)和裂丝藻属(C19株)的4株绿藻的总脂含量及脂肪酸组成的影响.结果表明:C19在16‰盐度时总脂含量最高为21.7%,C95在盐度28‰时脂肪含量达到最大值36.7%,C97和C102均在盐度40‰时脂肪含量达到最大值,分别为22.1%和14.4%.盐度对EPA(20∶5(n-3))和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量影响显著,4株小球藻的EPA含量随盐度的变化相似,均在低盐度(16‰)时达到最大值,分别为18.1%、19.7%、19.7%和14.6%.
The total lipid contents and fatty acid composition of four strains of marine green algae from two genera (Chlorella and Stichococcus) under different growth salinity were examined. Salinity has a significant effect on total lipid, EPA and PUFA contents. C19 had the highest total lipid content 21.7% when salinity was 16‰,C95 was 36.7% at 28‰, C97 and C 102 were 21.1% and 14.4% of the dry weight respectively at 40‰. The four strains of green algae all have the highest contents of EPA under low salinity 16‰ where the EPA contents were 18.1%,19.7%,19.7% and 14.6% respectively.
