汽车消声器声学性能及流场特性数值分析 被引量:15

摘要 应用声学分析软件SYSNOISE及计算流体力学软件FLUENT建立了某一SUV汽车所装配的消声器有限元模型,计算分析消声器的消声特性和流场特性,得到消声器的压力损失预测值和传递损失,经与试验值对比,模拟计算的结果真实可靠。 Obtaining the mufflers with high noise-reduction performance and low pressure loss is an important target of the design of exhaust system of automobiles. The traditional method of design is based on the theory of one-dimension planar wave, which may lead to large tolerance for three-dimensional de- sign of mufflers with complex structures. In this paper, SYSNOISE code and FLUENTcode are applied to build a FEM model for the mufflers of SUV automobiles. The acoustic performance and aerodynamic characteristics are simulated and analyzed. The backpressure and transmission loss are obtained. Comparing the results with experimental data, it is shown that the results of simulation are reliable. The method provides a reference for optimization design of mufflers.
