摘要
建立了空气滤清器的声学边界元模型,利用边界元法对空气滤清器的消声特性进行了计算分析。在边界计算的基础上对空气滤清器的声学特性进行了改进设计。改进前后空气滤清器的进气噪声和进气阻力对比试验表明:经过改进的空气滤清器不但具有良好的消声性能,而且进气阻力指标也满足发动机的工作要求。
Based on the boundary element method, the acoustic performance of air cleaner was studied. The acoustic performance of the air cleaner was improved on basis of the calculation by using the boundary element method. Experiment results show that the newly designed air cleaner has better performance of noise elimination and lower air flow resistance when engine operating.
