摘要
研究具有隔离仓室、预防接种及双线性接触率的高维自治微分系统的SEIQR流行病模型,得到决定疾病绝灭与否的阈值:基本再生数R_0,证明了无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的存在性及全局渐近稳定性,揭示了隔离和预防接种对疾病控制的积极作用.
A high dimensional autonomous differential system, SEIQR epidemic model with containing quarantine, vaccinal immunity and bilinear incidence rate was discussed. The threshold, basic reproductive number which determines whether a disease is extinct or not, was obtained. The existence and global stabilities of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium were solved and active effects of quarantine and vaccinal immunity exposed.
