胃肠道间质瘤37例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结胃肠道间质瘤的诊断及治疗经验。方法回顾分析2000年3月至2008年5月间大连医科大学附属第二医院普外科住院治疗的37例胃肠道间质瘤患者的临床资料。结果该组37例均行手术治疗,手术切除率100%,无手术并发症及手术死亡者;术后免疫组化结果CD117阳性97.2%,CD34阳性率86.5%,CD117与CD34共同阳性率83.8%。结论胃肠道间质瘤临床表现无特异性,术前明确诊断较困难,手术治疗为主要治疗手段,根据术后病理学检查可明确诊断。
