甲磺酸伊马替尼治疗胃肠道间质瘤的疗效及安全性分析 被引量：20

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor，GIST）是最常见的消化道间质肿瘤，这些肿瘤通常存在酪氨酸受体激酶KIT（75％～80％）或PDGFRA（5％～10％）激活性突变。激活性突变使配体独立激活，然后激发KIT或PDG-FRA组成性激活介导的信号转导通路，从而发生不可控制的细胞增生，同时抑制细胞凋亡，
