摘要
针对宝钢集团自备电厂引进型350MW火电机组的过热汽温控制系统和协调控制系统,进行了动态特性测试、辨识建模、控制系统优化与仿真的研究。通过对该机组进行阶跃扰动和加载伪随机信号扰动试验,采用非参数辨识和参数辨识算法相结合,得出了汽温对象和汽压对象分别在高低负荷下的动态特性。阐明了在不同负荷下同一对象动态特性的差异,为进行机组特性分析和控制参数优化提供了依据。在此基础上采用参数优化的方法对系统的控制参数进行了优化整定,有效地提高了现有系统的控制品质。
This paper is concerned with the dynamic perfomance testing, model identification, control system pa-rameter optimization and simulation study, based on the steam temperature control system and coordinated controlsystem of the 350MW coal-fired power generation unit the self-provided power plant of Bao Steel. The identifi-cation test is carried out via loading step signal disturbance and pseudorandom binary signal (PRBS) disturbance.Using integeated identification methods of non-parameter identification algorithms and parameter identificationalgorithms, the transfer functions of steam temperature object and steam pressure object working with high and lowloads are obtained respectively. The difference of dynamic performance characteristics of the same identified objectwith different load as disclosed,which provides scientific basis for dynamic performance analysis and control pa-rameter optimization. The control system parameters of the unit are optimized and adjusted using parameter opti-mization method. The simulation results show that the control system's performance is improved effectively, whichdemonstrates the siguificance of the study for engineering practice.
