摘要
以人为本，是贯彻和落实科学发展观的一个基本要求。体现在高校班主任班级管理中，就是要树立以学生为本的管理理念，尊重学生的主体地位，一切从学生的实际出发。根据学生的个性特点和思想动态进行管理，创新班级管理方式，提高班级管理质量，增强班级管理的效果，取得班级管理的目标。
Abstract：People oriented principle is the basic demand to carry out scientific outlook on development. Reflecting on the class management of head teacher in college, which demands to build up management idea, respect the main position of students, proceed from practice of students, basing on students＇ character and idea to manage class. The purpose aims at innovating management method, improving management quality, enhancing management effect, obtaining management object.
