摘要
护理学是一门综合性应用科学,在教学中,技能训练是强化学生动手能力,达到教学目标一项重要内容。而传统的课堂分组、集中模拟练习的实验教学方法存在着一些不足。本文从传统技能训练方法的不足入手,探讨技能训练改革措施与对策,期望能对基础护理教学有所启示。
Nursing is a comprehensive application of science, in teaching, skills training is to enhance the practical ability of students to an important element of teaching objectives. And traditional classroom groups, simulation exercises focus on teaching, methods of the experiment there are a number of shortcomings. This article from the traditional methods of skills training to start to explore the skills training reform measures and countermeasures, hope to be on the basis of nursing education enlightenment.
