摘要
培养跨世纪医学护理人才的高层次、高质量教育目标是培养学生学会“关心、生存、学习和创造”。培养创造型人才是经济发展的基础，是未来社会和医疗护理事业的需要，目标教学中提倡创造型教育意义深远，其关键在创造型教师实施创造性教学。
To train the medical nurses of good quality for next century,we have to teach our students to learn “care,survival,study and creativity”.Being the basis of economic development,training creative people can meet the needs of the future medical nursing work.Therefore,creative education is great significence.It is very important,to teach creativly by the creative type of teachers.
