摘要
氮化钛材料具有优异性能而被用作工具材料、结构材料和用于耐磨与饰面涂层等。本论文以工业级钛白粉和碳黑为原料,利用熔盐合成法在埋碳条件下于1 300℃×4 h制得了氮化钛粉末,并用XRD、SEM和EDS等测试手段对粉末进行了表征。
TiN with excellent properties is used as material for tool and construction industries and abrasion-proof and decorative coating. Using industrial-grade titanium white (TiO2) and carbon black (C) as raw material,the TiN powder was prepared by molten salt method in coke powder bed at 1300℃×4h,and characterized with XRD,SEM and EDS.
