Improvement of Wide-band Microstrip Antenna with University L-probe

摘要 宽频带技术是微带天线研究的一个重要方向。依据矩形微带天线理论,设计了以空气做介质层,采用在脊形接地板顶端用同轴探针对单层方形贴片进行馈电的新型天线,目的是减小探针引起的电感,从而扩展了微带天线的工作频带。利用AnsoftHFSS软件对天线进行仿真和优化,并进行实物加工和测试,最后达到了天线设计的要求。 Wide-band technology is an important direction for microstrip antenna. Based on the rectangular microstrip antenna theory, the patch is put on the air substrate and excited by a coaxial probe which is stretched from the top of ridge-shaped ground plate, thus the probe inductance is reduced and wideband operation is obtained. A microstrip antenna array is simulated and optimization of the parameters of design are done through Ansoft HFSS software. A real antenna is made and measured in microwave anechoic chamber. Results show that requirement toantenna design is achieved.
