A fractal microstrip patch antenna for multi-band communications

摘要 介绍了分形理论,把分形理论应用在一种方形微带贴片天线上,简化了天线结构,并利用电磁仿真软件CST对天线分别进行了保持天线的外、内尺度不变2种情况下的不同迭代次数的仿真分析.着重分析了固定外尺度、改变内尺度的情况下的天线谐振点变化,得出了谐振点随迭代次数的变化规律,实现了多频段工作的特性.同时证明了所得出谐振点的方向图均为全向,所设计的天线实现了全向辐射. In the paper, the fractal theory was briefly demonstrated. A square patch antenna was designed with fractal theory to simplify the structure of the antenna. The antenna was analyzed by electromagnetic simulation software CST with various iteration numbers. The simulation results were obtained under two conditions: one for constant outer-scale of the antenna, the other for constant inner scale of the antenna. Specially, we studied the change of resonance points of the antenna in the case that the outer scale is constant while the inner scale is varied. The rule of variation of resonance points with iteration numbers is determined. The behavior of antenna in various bands was found. It is proved that the radiation patterns of each resonant point are omnidirectional, showing that the radiation of the antenna we designed is also omnidirectional.
