摘要
目的:研究大孔吸附树脂纯化参芪扶正注射液中黄芪和党参总皂苷的工艺条件。方法:根据吸附量及洗脱率选择最佳的大孔吸附树脂,用其对总皂苷进行纯化,并考察不同体积分数乙醇及用量对黄芪总皂苷洗脱性能的影响。结果:选择D101大孔吸附树脂进行纯化,用80%乙醇洗脱皂苷类成分,得总皂苷提取物。结论:通过大孔吸附树脂富集与纯化,可较好地纯化总皂苷。
OBJECTIVE To study the technological parameters of the purification process of total saponins in Huangqi and Dangshen of Shenqi Fuzheng injection with macroporous adsorption resin. METHODS According to the adsorptive characteristics and elutive parameter the macroporous adsorption resin was selected, to purify the total saponin. The effect of different vol ume fraction and dosage of alcohol for the elution property of total saponin was studied. RESULTS D101 macroporous adsorp tion resin was used to purify the total saponin, with 80% alcohol as eluant to get the total saponin extract. CONCLUSION The process of applying macroporous adsorption resin to adsorb and purify the total saponin in Shenqi Fuzheng injection is feasible.
