摘要
目的:研究楹树叶的化学成分。方法:应用各种色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从95%乙醇提取物正丁醇萃取部位分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:quercetin 3′-O-β-D—glucopyranosyl-3-O-rutinoside(1),kaempferol 3,7-di-O-β-D—glucopyranoside(2),rutin(3),D—pinitol(4),luteolin7-O-β-D—glucopyranoside(5),(+)-lyoni-resinol 3α—O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),(-)-lyoniresinol3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),syringin(8)。结论:化合物1,2,4,6—8为首次从该属植物中获得,化合物3和5为首次从该植物中获得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of leaves of Albizia chinensis. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified with column chromatography. The structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Result: Eight compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the leaves of A. chinensis and their structures were elucidated as quercetin 3′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-O-rutinoside (1), kaempferol 3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), rutin (3), D-pinitol (4), luteolin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), ( + )-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), ( -)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), syringin (8). Conclusion : Compound 1, 2, 4, 6 - 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and compound 3 and 5 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
