摘要
构建了供应链伙伴间信任、关系承诺、信息共享与运营绩效之间关系的理论模型.以广东省珠三角地区141家制造企业为调查对象,利用结构方程模型对供应链伙伴间信任、关系承诺、信息共享与运营绩效之间的关系进行实证研究.研究结果表明,供应链伙伴间信任对关系承诺、信息共享与运营绩效均有显著的正向影响;关系承诺对运营绩效有显著的正向影响,然而对信息共享的影响并不显著;信息共享对运营绩效有显著的正向影响.研究告诉企业管理者,不仅要重视与供应链伙伴间建立高水平的信任与关系承诺,而且要善于同供应链合作伙伴进行信息共享来提高企业运营绩效.
The theoretical model of relationship among trust, relationship commitment, information sharing and operational performance in a supply chain is proposed based on related literatures and empirically tested using data collected from 141 manufacturing companies in Pearl River Delta. The results .show that there are significant positive impacts of trust on relationship commitment, information sharing and enterprises operational performance. Although relationship commitment also has significant positive impact on enterprises operational performance, it does not impact information sharing significantly. We also find that information sharing has significant positive impact on enterprises operational performance. These findings can also give some guidelines to managers. They should not only put emphasis on the formation of high level trust and relationship commitment among supply chain partners, but also improve enterprises operational performance through better information sharing among supply chain partners.
