摘要
目的探索重睑术同期内眦赘皮矫正术中“Z”成形的合理应用。方法常规设计重睑线，向新旧内眦定点自然延伸，形成夹角作为“Z”的上瓣，由旧内眦点向外作平行于下睑缘的线，形成夹角包含内眦作为“Z”的下瓣。自1999年10月至2008年7月，共对184例患者进行了手术。结果本组184例患者，术后均I期愈合。125例获随访6～36个月，患者的重睑形态为近似平行形重睑，内眦赘皮消失，瘢痕隐蔽，手术效果满意，无复发。结论包含内眦角的“Z”成形与重睑成形术同期进行，方法合理，简便易行，手术效果确切。
Objective To explore the reasonable application of Z-plasty in the diorthosis of epicanthal fold with double eyelid simultaneously. Methods The upper eyelid crease was designed as routine, then respectively extent to the original and subsequent canthus. The include angle became the upper flap of Z-plasty. A line was drawn from the old canthus to the point, which was parallel to the margin of lower eyelid. The included angulus oculi medialis was the inferior flap of Z-plasty. From Oetomber 1999 to July 2008, 184 patients with epicanthus underwent this procedure. Results All the 184 cases gained prinmry healing postoperatively. Based on the follow-up for 6 - 36 months on 125 cases, satisfactory results were obtained. The shape of upper eyelid fold was similar to the parallel type. The epicanthus was corrected completely and permanently without obvious scar. Conclusion The method for Z-epicanthoplasty with double eyelidplasty simultaneously is effective, convenient and reliable.
