摘要
目的:探讨矫治睑裂宽度小于正常值的睑型内眦赘皮的最佳手术方法。方法:沿内眦缘设计弧形的手术切口,在皮下折叠缝合内眦韧带,以达到开大睑裂,隐蔽术后瘢痕的目的结果:睑裂明显开大,术后瘢痕不可见,二次重睑效果佳。结论:皮下缝合内眦韧带开大睑裂的手术方法特别适用于睑裂宽度小于正常值的睑型内眦赘皮。
Objective To discuss the best operation method of epicanthic type epicanthus which palpebral fissure is shorter than normal value. Methods Design arc incision along epicanthic edge,fold and suture palperale mediale under skin,in order to widen palpebral fissure and hide the operation scar. Results Eye is widened obviously,operation scar is unvisible,subsequent double eyelid operation can achieve better result. Conclusion Fold and suture palpebrale mediale to widen palpebral fissure is most suitable to epicanthic type epicanthus which palpebral fissure is shorter than normal value.
