竹浆残余木素在Co-salen仿酶系统催化氧化中的结构变化 被引量:3

摘要 为研究Co-salen仿酶清洁漂白技术,采用13C-NMR、1H-13C2D-HMQC、31P-NMR核磁共振分析了竹浆Co-salen仿酶处理前后残余木素的结构变化。结果表明:①残余木素苯环开环,甲氧基、酚羟基和脂肪族羟基含量减少,羰基含量增加;木素紫丁香基、愈创木基结构单元减少,而对羟基苯基结构单元增加。②Co-salen仿酶系统催化氧化竹浆残余木素过程中,β-O-4、β-β、β-5、5-CH2-5’连接键断裂。 In order to study the cleaning and bleaching technology of Co-salen biomimetie system, structural changes of bamboo pulp residual lignin during Co-salen biomimetic treatment were studied by 13 C-NMR, [H-13C 2D- HMQC and 31 P-NMR. It indicated that methoxyl, phenolic hydroxyl, aliphatic hydroxyl, syringyl and guaiacyl were reduced, carbonyl and p-hydroxyl phenyl were increased and the aromatic ring was opened. The linkage of β-O-4、β-β、β-5 and 5-CH2-5 was cleaved.
