摘要
采用由Co-salen、吡啶、H2O2、O2组成的Co-salen型仿酶体系进行了针叶木CTMP浆的漂白研究,并探讨了漂白过程中纸浆白度的变化规律。研究结果表明,Co-salen型仿酶系统对针叶木CTMP浆预处理有较好的效果,实验研究了NaOH用量、H2O2用量、Co-salen用量等对纸浆白度的影响。
An investigation to the bleaching of softwood CTMP treated with a Co-salen biomimetic system comprised of Co-salen, pyridine, hydrogen peroxide and oxygen was made and the change of brightness of the pulp during the bleaching process was investigated. The findings indicated that Co- salen biomimetic system had a better effect on the treatment of softwood CTMP. The effect on bright- ness of NaOH dosage, H2O2 dosage and Co-salen dosage was also investigated.
