环介导等温扩增技术在临床检测中的应用

摘要 目的探讨环介导等温扩增技术在临床检测中的应用。方法采用我院2008年10月门诊或住院患者85份试验用的含结核杆菌的阳性痰液和阴性痰液,通过染色涂片镜检和经典PCR的方法及使用改良罗氏培养法进行培养予以定性,并与LAMP法检测结果比较。结果LAMP法与培养法、Amplicor MTB PCR法检测痰液中结核分枝杆菌的阳性率无明显差异。结论LAMP法是一种新型的核酸扩增方法;由于它是近年来兴起的一种技术,是一种便捷、特异性强和灵敏度高的快速基因检测技术。
