环介导等温扩增技术及其在肝炎病毒检测中的应用

摘要 环介导等温扩增技术LAMP法（Loop—Mediated Isothermal Amplification）是近年来发展起来的新的核酸扩增技术，与传统的核酸扩增方法相比，它具有高特异性、高效性、快速、操作简便等特点。目前在病原微生物检测、食品安全、环境监测等方面有广阔的应用前景，本文就环介导等温扩增的原理、技术特点及在肝炎病毒检测中的应用进展进行综述。
