Quality Assessment of Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticides Residue by GC112A Gas Chromatography Apparatus

摘要 对GC112A+L器进行检测限实测评估,同时建立检测蔬菜中7种有机磷农药的多残留分析方法。当添加浓度在0.4mg/kg和0.8mg/kg时,7种农药的回收率为77.6%~106.1%,相对标准偏差小于10%,最小检测浓度在0.05mg/kg。有机磷农残分析方法符合国标技术要求。 Measurement and assessment were performed on GCI12A for its detection limit. A multiresidue analysis method was developed, which could test 7 organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables. The recovery ratios of the 7 pesticides ranged from 77.6% 106.1% when the added concentration was 0.4mg/kg and 0.8mg/kg, the relative standard deviation was less than 10%, and the minimum detection concentration was 0.05mg/kg. The organophosphorus pesticide residue analysis method is in accordance with the technology demand of the international standard.
