摘要
当前海峡西岸经济区信息产业结构战略调整中,福建的IT企业面临高层次工程研究型人才严重短缺的形势。本文提出了在计算机学科全日制硕士研究生中开展校企联合培养工程研究型人才的思路,探讨了以工程研究课题为组织形式、以企业科技攻关项目为培养平台、以工程研究问题为导向的具有质量保障体系的计算机学科工程研究型人才培养模式规范,并介绍了初步开展试点工作的情况和取得的效果。
Amid re-adjustment and optimization of the IT industrial structure of Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits, the serious shortage of high-level engineering research oriented talents is a tough problem that most IT enterprises in Fujian are facing. This paper presented a tentative conceptualization to cultivate engineering research oriented talents through joint university-enterprise training among the full-time graduate students of computer science. A specification for the engineering research oriented personnel training mode, including its organizational form, training platform and quality assurance system, was discussed in detail. Adopting engineering research subjects as its training organization form, the proposed mode constructed a training platform based on the enterprise＇s key scientific and technological projects, and set up an engineering research problem oriented quality assurance system. Finally, a pilot project and its beneficial results are presented.
