摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,政府、企事业部门用人制度的不断变化,在当今就业形势日益严峻的状况下,研究生对自己的职业生涯规划方面会存在一些问题,这难免会引发人们的反思。基于此目的文章探讨了研究生职业生涯规划方面存在的一些问题,针对这些问题提出了相应的应对策略,以便于研究生们制定出切实可行的职业生涯规划,从而更好的服务于社会。
With the continuous development of the market econo my and changing of the government, enterprises, and the personnel systems . Post-graduate students planning their careers there will be some problems in today＇s increasingly serious employment situation which will inevitably lead to people＇s reflection. For this purpose this article first discusses the problems of the post- graduate student＇ s career planning and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures to address these issues, so that post- graduate students develops realistic career planning in order to better serve our community.
