护士职业认同的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 心理学家认为,职业认同是职业人的自我概念,一般在长期从事某职业活动的过程中,人们对其职业活动的性质、内容、社会价值和个人意义等熟悉和认可的情况下形成的,是人们努力做好本职工作、达成组织目标的心理基础。在国外,护士职业认同已经成为一个重要的研究领域,也得出了不少有意义的研究成果;但在我国,护士职业认同的研究刚刚起步。本文对国外护士职业认同有关研究进展进行了综述。
