主要综述了护士职业认同的测量、护士职业认同发展过程、护士职业认同发展过程中的影响因素。
It summarized the measurement and development progcess of nur- ses＇ occupation identity,influencing factors of the development process of nurses＇ occupation identity. And it studied the deficiency of nurses＇ occupation identity.
