摘要
目的调查卫生九项目地区在项目实施的前、中、后期,暗娼人群对艾滋病认知情况、态度、安全套的使用情况、性病患病情况及求医行为。方法以问卷调查为主,抽样前首先对监测地区的暗娼活动场所绘制分布图,并以分布图作为抽样的基础。在此基础上确定监测的目标区域,根据所需样本量抽取全部或部分目标场所。结果项目省暗娼人群在三轮调查中,对艾滋病三条传播途径都回答正确的比例从51.3%上升到86.7%;非传播途径知晓率最低22.6%,上升到最高94.4%;预防知识最低33.5%,上升到最高90.3%;安全套的使用率最低18.1%,上升到最高92.4%。结论项目实施过程中开展的项目活动达到了良好干预效果,但仍然需要加强。
Objective To survey AIDS related acknowledge,attitude,condom use,STD infection,and seeking for medical service among commercial sex workers （CSWs） in project areas at early,middle and final stages of the implementation of Health Project Nine. Method The main approach was questionnaire survey and mapping of CSWs＇ places of activity before sampling. On this basis target areas for surveillance were determined and then sampled partially or totally according to the sample size. Result In the three round survey, the ratio of correct answer on the three routes of HIV transmission among the surveyed CSWs rose from 51.3% to 86.7% ;the ratio of awareness of non transmission route rose from the lowest 22.6% to the highest 94.4% ;prevention related knowledge rose from the lowest 33.5% to the highest 90.3% ;the rate of condom use rose from the lowest 18. 1% to the highest 92.4%. Conclusion A series of intervention activities in the project areas have achieved good outcomes,but need to be further strengthened.
