摘要 分泌型IgA(sIgA)是介导黏膜免疫的主要免疫球蛋白,它的诸多理化特性保证了其黏膜免疫作用的发挥;牛奶中sIgA的合成与分泌是生物进化中黏膜免疫的附属产品,是为子代提供黏膜被动免疫的途径;作者综述了sIgA的功能及牛乳中sIgA的产生机理;并总结了通过免疫乳生产来提高乳中sIgA浓度的几种方法,为今后高滴度sIgA免疫乳生产提供一定的参考。 sIgA is a primary immunoglobulin mediating mucosa immunity. Some physics and chemistry characteristics enable slgA to lead mucosa immunity. Synthesis and secretion of slgA in milk is accessorial production of mucosa immunity,which comes into being in evolution for offer passiveness immunity of mueosa for offspring. This article summarize function and synthesis mechanism of sIgA in milk. Some techniques to increase the content of slgA in milk are introduced. Thus some references were offered for production of immune milk with high-titer sIgA in future.
