尿激酶溶栓在血液透析血管通路中的应用体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的尿激酶局部注射的方法,治疗动静脉内瘘、股静脉置管内血栓,保证血液透析顺利进行和血液透析充分。方法使用尿激酶10万U用生理盐水稀释后局部注射。结果6例内瘘患者共行6次溶栓治疗,成功5例。7例次中心静脉留置双腔导管内血栓形成经尿激酶局部溶栓治疗后6例恢复通畅。结论尿激酶局部直接注入血栓部位溶栓,操作简单,创伤小,成功率较高,不良反应少,可获得较佳的长期通畅率。 Objective To treat arterio-venous fistula and thrombus formed in femoral vein catheter and ensure a successful operation on hemodialysis through local application of urokinase. Methods To operate a local injection after being diluted by normal saline with 10,000 U urokinase. Results 6 patients with internal fistula underwent thrombolytic therapy for totally 6 times, among which 5 cases were treated successfully. And among 7 cases thrornbus formed in central veinous preserved dual-lumen catheter and 6 of them recovered unobstrnction after being treated through local thrombolytic application of urokinase. Conclusion Local application of urokinase into thrombus directly has many advantages such as easy operation, little trauma, high success rate and less adverse reaction, through which long-term patency rates can be kept.
