简要介绍了国外图书馆法立法工作的进展情况,阐述了我国公共图书馆法立法的必要性,对我国公共图书馆法基本体系的构成问题进行了深入的探讨。
This paper briefly introduces the process of the legislation of the library law in foreign countries, expounds the necessity of the legislation of the public library law in China, and probes into the components of the fundamental system of China＇ s public library law.
