摘要
结合图书馆收费管理的工作实际,从图书馆收费的目的和必要性出发,对如何加强图书馆收费管理,减少图书馆与读者的矛盾,构建和谐图书馆,提出了一些建议。
Connecting with the work practice of charging management of the library, and starting from the aims and necessity of library＇s charging, this paper advances some suggestions on strengthening the charging management of the library to relieve the conflict between the library and the readers and to construct the harmonious library.
