摘要
利益关系是研究图书馆功能的一个新视角,它揭示了图书馆在社会信息活动中产生的利益关系中的作用。从这一角度看,图书馆具有维护和调整社会信息活动利益关系的功能,这种功能的实现是建立在构建合理的利益调节机制,坚持信息利益共享、信息利益倾斜、信息利益边界原则的基础上。
Interest relation is a new perspective of studying library functions. It reveals the role of a library to propduce the interest relations in social information- in activities. From this point of view, a library has the function of maintaining and adjusting the interest relations in social information activities. The realization of this function is to be on the principles of the basics of establishing a reasonable interests adjustment mechanism, upholding the information interests communion, information interests favoring, the information interests border.
