通过对学科馆员和教学科研型大学特点的研究,探讨了教学科研型大学的学科馆员如何在教学和科研方面提供文献支持,阐述了如何提高学科馆员的素质。
Through researching the characteristics of the subject librarians and scientific research and teaching type universities, this paper probes into how the subject librarian in scientific research and teaching type universities to provide the literature support in scientific research and teaching aspects, and expounds the problem of how to improve the quality of subject librarians.
