摘要
一些地方院校为适应地区经济建设和社会发展的需要,提出由教学型大学向教学科研型大学转型的发展战略。这一战略是符合社会发展需求的。只要地方院校选准方向、强化特色、培育优势,地方院校创建教学科研型大学的目标是可以实现的。
To meet the demand of regional econmic construction and social development, some local colleges aims at a strategic change in style from teaching-oriented to teaching-and-research-oriented, With correct direction and characteristic, It＇s possible for local colleges and universities to reach the aim.
