摘要
韩国的传媒生态十分独特。与英、美等成熟的传媒生态进行比较,韩国传媒业带有显著的过渡性特征。经过几十年演进发展,韩国媒体的民主理念和基本制度框架得到初步建立,但还没形成稳定的结构。韩国传媒与政治权力关系既不是简单的附属关系,也不是直接的对手关系,而是既合作又批评的关系。要理解韩国传媒的发展逻辑,考察政治权力与媒体的关系是一个关键的分析变量。
This paper focuses on the relationship between politics and media in Korea. The media ecosystem of Korea is special. Compared to the media ecosystem in America and Britain, Korean media has a transitional character. Over the past several decades, the democratic consciousness and institutional structure of Korean media have been established. However, they are not steady. The relationship between political power and media is neither subordinative nor oppositional, but cooperative and critical. To understand the evolutionary mechanism of Korean media, the relationship between political power and media is a pivotal factor.
