摘要
适合的人才是最好的人才,面对大学生就业压力的凸显及行业竞争压力的提高,选对合适的人及培养合适的人,是企业及学校共同面临的课题。本文在调查研究的基础上,分析比较了旅行社与酒店对大学生素质能力需求的差异,并提出了相应的对策,以期对相关企业的选人及学校的育人有所帮助。
Suitable talents are the best ones. In the face of the pressure of employment and competition from the industry, selecting and cultivating suitable personnel has become a topic confronting both universities and enterprises. The paper, based on the survey and study, tries to analyze and compare the different needs of travel services and hotels to university students and offer corresponding countermeasures, hoping to be of some help to the related enterprises and universities for their talent-selection and cultivation.
